How does it work?
1. Getting to know you
To begin the process, please complete our brief travel inquiry form. Once we receive your information, we can schedule a 10-minute introductory call to get to know each other better. During this call, we will discuss the type of trip you are looking for, address any concerns you may have, and make sure that we are a suitable match for your needs.
2. Designing your perfect trip
After our introductory call, we will send you a client agreement to be signed. Once you`ve signed it, we will start working on your custom travel proposal, created based on your unique travel preferences, style, and must-see destinations. Following this, we will present it to you and fine-tune it as needed until it meets your expectations perfectly.
3. Securing every detail
Once you have approved your travel itinerary, you can relax and leave the rest to us. We will handle all aspects of your trip, like arranging transfers, tours, and other travel components. As your departure date approaches, we will also take care of the finer details, such as securing museum tickets and making dining reservations.
Before you embark on your adventure, we will go over your final itinerary with you and address any concerns you may have. Then, it’s time to take off!
